Charles Treister’s architectural work over the last 35 years has established his reputation as one of Miami‘s preeminent architects. Treister received his undergraduate degree in architecture from Princeton University, with honors, and his Master’s Degree in Architecture from MIT.

Treister is proud to continue the architectural tradition established by his father and mentor, Kenneth Treister, one of Miami’s most notable architects, and is proud to have collaborated with him on the architectural design of the Mayfair project and the world-renowned Holocaust Memorial in Miami Beach.

Treister’s designs have won awards from the Miami chapter of the American Institute of Architects and have been featured in numerous design magazines, including Interiors, Builder, Florida Architecture, Florida Design, Tropic, Miami Home and Design, and the Wall Street Journal.

Known for his Tropical Modern architecture, Treister’s designs are distinguished by light-filled open plans, a sophisticated blend of materials and details and beautifully articulated outdoor living spaces, integrated with water features and tropical landscaping and gardens.
